Tash is an accomplished music and media licensing professional with 20 years of industry experience, specialising in music supervision, sync licensing, creative intuition and in depth copyright knowledge, rights research and negotiation skills.
Currently Senior Music Manager for Scripted Dramas at ITV Studios, her career spans roles on both sides of sync, at BMG, Banijay, Endemol Shine, Sky, and MTV.
From major broadcasters and independent production companies to global music companies, she’s worked on TV dramas, film, trailers/promos, ads, negotiating deals and navigating complex rights clearances for multiple streamers, broadcasters and distributors, helping directors, producers, editors and creatives choose and sync the perfect tracks to picture, on the right terms, ensuring the music used is fairly recompensed.
Passionate about the business of music as well as the music itself, she brings a sharp ear, tenacity for rights detective work, and a deep industry network to every project.
